June 27, 2013—Banks Industrial Group hosted a half-day expo at the Simeone Automotive Museum in Philadelphia, PA. Guests began to arrive at 8 am and were treated to a continental breakfast of coffee, juice, fresh fruit, donuts, danishes and bagels.
After enjoying breakfast, the participants began to fill up the Buggatti room for an an informative morning of tank related seminars and presentations by industry experts. Topics included: hurricane response and damage recovery, secondary containment, Belzona® repairs, corrosion under insulation repair, industry standards for tank bottom replacement and API 653 best practices.
A catered lunch was served at 12:30 after which attendees were able to view the extensive Simeone car collection of racing sports cars.
The expo was a BIG success and provided ample opportunities for the 67 guests in attendance to socialize and network while discussing industry topics and trading knowledge.
