March 22, 2016—Banks Industrial Group is pleased to announce the addition of Operations Manager Chris Bradfield to our organization. Chris will be responsible for managing and expanding the efficiency and effectiveness of the Banks Industrial Group business model, as well as oversight of our Safety/Drug & Alcohol Program.
Chris comes to us after 15+ years in the Refractory industry, working 7 years as a Bricklayer before moving into Project Management and overseeing 20+ major refractory refinery turnarounds.
His Safety Training background and experience is highly valued at Banks Industrial Group. Chris is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist with the American Association of Safety Councils and the American Council for Construction Education. His safety background also includes annual BILT-RITE safety training and OSHA 10 hour training in both General Industry Safety and Health & Construction Safety and Health.
Chris holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance from the University of Phoenix. He currently resides in West Berlin with his wife and two children.
