August 3, 2015—Banks Industrial Group’s API 653 Good Practices article was published in the August 2015 edition of BIC Magazine on page 84 as part of the NISTM Tank Spotlight series. NISTM is the National Institute for Storage Tank Maintenance.

The article discusses our unique system of raising tank insulation panels to expose the tank chime weld for corrosion and leak inspection. This system also allows for observation of moisture seepage from the bottom of the insulation.
